Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.
Delivery
Standard delivery charges are within the mainland UK. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 5 working days. Should you want any items delivering abroad please email us at sales@greenhartproducts.co.uk and we will be able to provide you with a custom quotation.
WE REGRET WE CANNOT DELIVER ORDERS OUTSIDE THE MAINLAND OF GREAT BRITAIN AT OUR NORMAL RATES. (THIS INCLUDES* THE HIGHLANDS, ISLE OF WIGHT, ISLE OF MAN, ISLE OF MULL AND NORTHERN IRELAND) THE FOLLOWING POSTCODES WILL INCUR A POSTAGE COST OF £14.75 FOR UP TO 30KG EVEN ON FREE DELIVERY ITEMS.

Delivery Costs
The delivery costs for the UK will be sent by Royal Mail or by our Courier Service at £6.95. Postage prices start from £1.50 up to £6.95.
All delivery prices include VAT at the appropriate rate.
Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
Occasionally, due to high demand or popularity, an item may be out of stock. Any item we cannot supply that is part of a larger order will be sent on postage free when it arrives back in stock. All items are offered subject to availability,
Although every effort is made to ensure that prices and information are correct, we reserve the right to change prices, product specifications or withdraw products at any time without notice.
Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel any part of an order please email us at sales@greenhartproducts.co.uk. We will then (providing the item has not already been shipped) send a reply to you confirming cancellation. A cancellation is not complete until the customer has received the confirmation from us.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund excluding postage. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.

Returns
To return an item:
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt

If you wish to return an item, please inform us by calling 01462 678949 or email sales@greenhartproducts.co.uk. Please package the parcel securely and send it to the address below, enclosing a note giving your contact details and the reason for the return.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
The company will not be liable for any costs incurred in the return of cancelled orders. The goods will not be deemed to have been returned until notification is given by the company that the goods have been returned to the address advised by the company.
It is your responsibility to return all goods in the same condition as they were upon delivery. The company reserves the right to deduct from the refund any charges necessary for the repair or cleaning of any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. You are advised to retain the original packaging in the event of you cancelling an order. The company retains the right to charge for any necessary packaging/re-packaging.
The company shall be entitled to recover all costs, loss, charges, and expenses incurred in connection with goods returned not saleable as new.
