NIKWAX FOOTWEAR CLEANING GEL:

IDEAL FOR:

· All types of footwear, any material and any combination; sports or leisure

· Safe to use on footwear with breathable membranes e.g. Gore-Tex, SympaTex, eVENT etc

BENEFITS OF USING THIS PRODUCT:

· Removes dirt and helps to release stains

· Improves the appearance of dirty footwear

· Prepares the footwear for proofing with an appropriate footwear product

· Prolongs the life and performance of all types of footwear

· Maintains breathability

· Ideal for footwear with breathable linings e.g. Gore-Tex

· Easy to apply

· WaterBased - environmentally friendly, biodegradable, non flammable, non hazardous

· Does not contain fluorocarbons

 

HOW TO APPLY:

1.       Rinse item with clean water to remove loose mud and to dampen surface.

2.       Shake well before use. Press sponge applicator to break seal.

3.       Apply generously over the area to be cleaned.

4.       If very dirty scrub with a stiff nylon brush (e.g. nail brush).

5.       Rinse well with clean water.

6.       Apply appropriate Nikwax WaterBased waterproofing or conditioner while footwear is damp.

 

Note: Colour may run, test on a hidden area first.

WHEN TO USE THIS PRODUCT:

Always apply this product to new and used footwear to keep them in clean condition.
We recommend treatment before waterproofing to ensure footwear is clean. To maintain waterproofed footwear always clean with Nikwax Footwear Cleaning Gel.

NIKWAX AQUEOUS WATERPROOFING WAX FOR LEATHER:

IDEAL FOR:

· All full grain leather footwear (work, fashion, leisure and sports)

· Safe to use on footwear with breathable membranes e.g. Gore-Tex, SympaTex, eVENT etc

 

HOW TO APPLY:

1.     Brush off dirt with a damp cloth and clean using Nikwax Footwear Cleaning Gel.

2.     Protect work area. Shake well before use.

3.     Press sponge applicator to break seal. Apply to wet leather.

4.     After 2-3 minutes, remove surplus with a cloth.

5.     Buff with a damp cloth to shine.

Note:Waterproofing Wax will convert nubuck to a smooth waxy finish.

WHEN TO USE THIS PRODUCT:

Apply this product to new and used footwear to keep them in perfect condition.

To maintain reproofed items regularly clean with Nikwax Footwear Cleaning Gel.
